Digital Product Delivery
For customers purchasing digital products (such as eBooks, software, printables, or any downloadable files), we want to ensure you receive your purchase quickly and without hassle. Here’s how it works:
1. Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is successfully completed and payment is confirmed, digital files will be sent to you within 24 hours. You’ll receive a download link via the email address associated with your order.
Please note: This does not apply to physical products, which will be processed and shipped separately.
2. Download Instructions
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to download your files. Simply click the link to access your files. If you have any issues or do not receive the email within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at [your contact information].
3. Accessing Your Files
You can download your digital files as many times as you need from the provided link within [X] days. After that, the link may expire for security reasons. If you need extended access or another copy of your file, please reach out to us.

Shipping Policy
At Canada Tech and Art, we aim to provide fast, reliable shipping for all of our customers. Here's what you can expect when ordering from our store:
1. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been processed and is on its way.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be shown to you at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
3. Shipping Methods

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! But if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns and exchanges work:

We offer a 3 day return window from the date of delivery of non digital items. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within this time frame to initiate the return process.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.

The item must not be a final sale or clearance item (unless defective).
3. How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return instructions.
Please note: Canada Tech and Art is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can initiate a return and place a new order for the exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold items for exchanges, so it’s best to place a new order as soon as possible to ensure availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
